Dual Healing: Therapy and Reiki

Christopher of San Francisco Reiki Center describes their First Degree Reiki classes that teach self-treatment techniques and standard hand positions. The classes also introduce students to the Reiki lineage of the center, including Dr. Usui, Dr. Hayashi, Mrs. Takata, John Harvey Gray, and Christopher's teacher, Brian Brunius.

These two-day classes, held between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., are marked by four meditative attunements. Graduates then enter a supportive Reiki community that organizes ongoing activities such as in-person circles, Monday evening meditations, and Second Degree Reiki meetings.
