At SF REIKI CENTER we offer Private Reiki Sessions AND Distance Sessions.
"Reiki" (pronounced "ray-key"), is a Japanese word meaning "Universal Life Energy." Reiki is an ancient healing art which channels energy through the palms of the hands. This vital spiritual energy activates the natural healing processes, detoxifies the body of both physical and emotional blockages, and nurtures a state of deep relaxation and calmness.
Reiki treats all the vital organs, the head, the torso, the back, and the feet. At the beginning of the session, we will identify your specific physical, emotional, or mental concerns which you would like to focus on during your Reiki treatment. Reiki treatments work in conjunction with conventional medicine and enhance the benefits of psychotherapy, surgery, and prescription medication.

The Reiki experience is unique to every individual. Many people describe a warm sensation flowing throughout their bodies leaving them feeling relaxed and calm. It is common to fall asleep during sessions or to experience a state of deep meditation.
During the session, you should plan to wear comfortable clothing. The practitioner gently places his or her hands on the clothed patient and holds positions for various lengths of time depending on how much Reiki energy is required to address the specific area or concerns.
After a Reiki treatment, it is essential to drink plenty of water and to have a good night's sleep. The excess water will assist in flushing out the toxins stored in the kidneys and liver.
Each session includes intake, your treatment, and ends with feedback and integration.

New Clients
At least four Reiki sessions are recommended for a real breakthrough in healing. We request that you select the 90 min session or 2-hour for your first treatment so we can give you a full evaluation and set goals for your future treatments. (Why 4 Treatments?) After that, you may choose the 1-hour session for future treatments if you do not have time for the longer session.

Please arrive on time so you can enjoy the full session. And be sure to wear comfortable clothing that will not restrict your relaxation during the treatment.

Distance Reiki

Distance Reiki healing is beneficial if you are unable to attend in person or when you and your practitioner are in different locations. People are often busy, under the weather, or in need of Reiki immediately. In these cases, Reiki can be sent across distances from the practitioner to the client. Your practitioner will focus on a photograph of you and will utilize sacred Reiki symbols which connect energy from the practitioner to the client. Distance Reiki healing is set up for a time when the client is in a safe, relaxed space and comfortable position.
Treatments are held online in real time.
