Community
SF REIKI CENTER provides a safe space for physical, emotional, and spiritual transformation for our clients and students through the practice and teaching of Reiki following the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition.
SF REIKI CENTER is committed to providing opportunities for students of Reiki to be together in Reiki practice through our online and in-person Reiki Circles and Reiki Meditation Classes. We are of service to local Bay Area non-profits by providing service days where our students offer Reiki. As part of developing the skills learned in our First and Second-Degree Reiki classes we provide volunteer opportunities at our Community Reiki Clinic and other hosted events.
SFRC is also part of a Global Reiki Community by hosting events in the Bay Area and providing information and resources about the World of Reiki for students, practitioners, and everyone who is interested in Reiki.

Reiki Centers of America
RCA is dedicated to training and empowering recent Reiki Masters Graduates to open Reiki Centers in the United States of America and its territories. SF REIKI CENTER is a member of RCA and received extensive training and mentorship through RCA. Christopher Tellez sits on the Board of RCA since 2016 to present.
Northwest Reiki Gathering
Since 1985, Reiki practitioners meet annually in August at Breitenbush Hotsprings in the cascade mountains of Oregon. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Northwest Reiki Gatherings are being held online. Christopher Tellez sits on the board of trustees from 2019 to present. His tern is a three to five year commitment.
In the 2022 gathering, the presenter is Johannes Reindl. he will speak on “ A Century of Reiki: Honoring Traditions” Weekend Gathering is July 15th to the 17th and Master time is July 17th to the 19th.
The Reiki Alliance
SF REIKI CENTER is a member of The Reiki Alliance; an international community of Reiki Masters dedicated to the practice of Usui Shiki Ryoho, the Usui System of Natural Healing. The Reiki Alliance- A great resource to find a Reiki Master when you are traveling to receive a Reiki treatment, look for Reiki Circles, and Reiki Classes, and workshops. In 2022, Christopher was elected as a Board Member to hold a three year term.
